Our primary activity as a sponsoring organization through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture is to provide technical assistance through qualified monitors for clients enrolled in our program.

Technical assistance is designed to aid sites in policies, procedures, techniques, time management and efficiency within guidelines set forth by the Texas Department of Agriculture and United States Department of Agriculture.
