The field staff members of Discovering Healthy Foods are the ones who personally assist you in serving healthy and balanced meals to the clients under your care. Our members have been thoroughly trained to perform the responsibility assigned to them. You can also expect each of our field staff to be friendly and approachable.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
